Custom Coaching Services
$50 per hour (within Lee County) Health Coaching includes:
- wellness tips and/or field trips at agreed upon location all designed to your needs
- Individual one-on-one coaching with free one hour consultation prior to discuss goals
- Field trips may include outdoor activities based around alternative therapies
such as grounding, meditation, yoga, etc - May also include exploring various health food stores in Lee County or a cupboard cleanse in your home
Monthly Coaching Package
$255 per month
- Includes one monthly outing (up to 3 hours as discussed below) – each additional hour $50
- One monthly meeting at my Fort Myers location with a guest speaker of the month, beverage and snack included
- One 60-minute therapeutic massage with add on (mini facial or foot scrub with a 10 min scalp massage)
- Massage includes aromatherapy and hot towels
- An additional 30 minutes may be added to massage for $35
- An additional one hour massage may be added each month for $80 (no add on)
